Digital Personas, AI Content, and Fictional Representation


Silva Studios may create, publish, display, or operate digital personas, virtual representatives, AI-assisted characters, or fictionalized identity-based content across its website, social media platforms, campaigns, digital communications, and other brand channels.
These digital personas, including Aisha where applicable, are created for purposes including branding, storytelling, marketing, audience engagement, creative demonstration, and the presentation of Silva Studios’ strategic, visual, and technological capabilities.


Unless expressly stated otherwise, such personas are not real human individuals. They should not be interpreted as possessing human consciousness, emotions, personal experiences, independent agency, or a real-world identity.
Certain elements associated with these personas, including but not limited to appearance, voice, personality, biography, experiences, opinions, and narrative presentation, may be fictional, enhanced, stylized, simulated, or artistically constructed.


Silva Studios is committed to transparent creative practice and does not intend to mislead users into believing that any digital persona is a real human being where this is not the case.
User Understanding and Reliance
Any interaction with a digital persona published, operated, or managed by Silva Studios, whether through website content, social content, messaging, video, campaigns, or other media, should be understood as interaction with a fictional or AI-supported digital entity directed, supervised, or managed by Silva Studios


Users must not rely on any such digital persona as a real human advisor, employee, agent with independent authority, therapist, companion, or decision-maker.
Silva Studios makes no representation that any digital persona possesses independent thought, self-awareness, personal intention, or human emotional capacity.
Intellectual Property and Ownership

All digital personas, character systems, rendered likenesses, visual identities, scripts, written content, fictional biographies, voice concepts, AI-assisted media, branding assets, and associated creative materials published by Silva Studios are the intellectual property of Silva Studios and/or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

 

No user, third party, or organization may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, repurpose, train artificial intelligence systems on, or create derivative works from any such content without the prior written permission of Silva Studios.
Prohibited Use

Users may not use Silva Studios content, digital personas, or related materials in any manner that:

• falsely implies human identity where none exists

• impersonates Silva Studios or its representatives

• misrepresents the origin, purpose, or ownership of persona-based content

• exploits, sexualizes, harasses, abuses, or defames any digital persona or related media

• copies, extracts, scrapes, or repurposes persona assets for unauthorized commercial, editorial, or model-training purposes

• creates deceptive, misleading, or unlawful derivative content based on Silva Studios materials

 

Silva Studios reserves the right to take appropriate action where misuse, infringement, deception, or unauthorized exploitation occurs.
Modification and Evolution

 

Silva Studios reserves the right to create, revise, suspend, replace, remove, or evolve any digital persona, including its appearance, tone, function, identity framework, narrative presentation, or technological implementation, at any time and without prior notice.
Limitation of Representation

 

The inclusion of a digital persona on Silva Studios platforms does not constitute a representation that such persona is a natural person, legal person, or independently acting entity unless expressly stated.
Any emotional connection, social attachment, or personal interpretation formed by a user in response to such content does not alter the fictional or AI-supported nature of the persona.
