Refund Policy

1. Design Services (Logos, Branding, Business Cards, Websites, etc.)

 

1.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction or administrative fees incurred (if applicable).

 

1.2 Cancellation After Work Has Started

If you cancel after the design process has begun but before final delivery, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. A standard non-refundable deposit of 50% applies for most projects.

 

1.3 No Refunds After Final Files Are Delivered

Once final files have been delivered or design approvals have been confirmed, no refunds will be issued. Design is a creative service, and once intellectual property has been transferred, it is non-returnable.

 

 

2. Monthly Subscriptions (Social Media Management, Content Creation, etc.)

 

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after the start of a billing cycle will only take effect at the end of the current period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

 

2.2 Refunds

No refunds are provided for subscription-based services after work has commenced for the current month.

 

 

3. Digital Products (Templates, eBooks, Design Kits)

 

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, unless the file is defective or you’re unable to access it. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll make it right.

 

 

4. Missed Consultations or Meetings

 

We respect your time and ours. If you miss a scheduled meeting without 24 hours’ notice, it will be considered forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling or refund, unless under exceptional circumstances.

 

 

5. Processing Time for Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
